Privacy Policy

Beacited (“we”, “us”) is an Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) audit tool. This policy explains exactly what we collect when you use it, why, and how to get it deleted. We’ve kept it specific to what the product actually does — no boilerplate about things we don’t collect.

What we collect

• URLs you submit. When you run an audit we fetch that public page (plus its /robots.txt and /llms.txt) and analyze the HTML. By default the result is shown to you and not stored.
• Shared reports. If you create a share link, we store that report — including the audited URL and findings — so the link works. Shared reports are automatically deleted after 30 days.
• Waitlist email. If you request early access, we store your email address to contact you about the product. Nothing else.
• Unlock email. If you unlock a full report, we store your email together with the URL you audited and its score, so we can send you the report and (with your consent) follow up about Beacited. You can opt out at any time.
• Usage analytics. We use Vercel Web Analytics, which is privacy-friendly and does not use cookies or build advertising profiles. We see aggregate page views, not individuals.
• Security logs. Our servers log standard request metadata (e.g. IP address, timestamp) briefly, to enforce rate limits and prevent abuse of the audit service.

What we don’t do

• We don’t sell or rent your data.
• We don’t use tracking cookies or third-party advertising trackers.
• We don’t require an account or password (there isn’t one yet).

Service providers

We share data only with the infrastructure providers that run Beacited:

• Vercel — hosts the website and provides analytics.
• Google Cloud Run — runs the audit backend that fetches pages.
• Upstash — stores shared reports and waitlist emails.

Retention

• Shared reports: deleted automatically after 30 days.
• Waitlist emails: kept until you ask us to remove them, or we wind the list down.
• Security logs: kept only as long as needed for abuse prevention.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (e.g. under GDPR or CCPA), you can ask us to access or delete your data. Email aadhaar@insycon.org and we’ll handle it promptly. To remove a shared report sooner than 30 days, send us the link.

Children

Beacited isn’t directed at anyone under 16, and we don’t knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If we change this policy we’ll update the date above. Significant changes will be noted on the site.
