Terms of Service

By using Beacited (the “Service”) you agree to these terms. If you’re using it on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

What Beacited is

Beacited runs automated checks on a web page and returns an AEO score and suggested fixes. It’s an informational tool. We don’t guarantee any particular outcome — including whether an AI engine will rank, cite, or surface a page. Scores are heuristic, not a promise of results.

Acceptable use

• Only audit URLs you own or have permission to test.
• Don’t use the Service to attack, overload, or scan third-party sites you don’t control, or to circumvent our rate limits.
• Don’t attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or abuse the Service or its API.

Shared reports are public by link

Anyone with a share link can view that report. Don’t create share links for pages whose existence or contents are confidential.

Intellectual property

We own the Service, its checks, and its branding. You own the URLs and content you submit. You may share and reuse the reports Beacited generates for you.

Disclaimer & liability

The Service is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Beacited and Insycon Consulting Pvt Ltd are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the preceding 12 months.

Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
